In recent days, the consecutive impacts of Storm Buloi and Storm Matmo have brought prolonged heavy rainfall to many areas across Vietnam, causing flooding, property damage, crop losses and serious disruption to people’s lives. Facing the difficulties experienced by flood-affected communities, Autotech Machinery JSC promptly carried out practical support activities, reflecting the company’s strong sense of corporate social responsibility and tradition of sharing.
Beyond supporting the wider community, Autotech also paid special attention to the families of its own employees who were directly affected by the natural disasters. This meaningful activity is part of the company’s sustainable development direction, where people, community responsibility and human-centered values are always placed at the heart of its culture.
The recent storms and heavy rainfall have left many localities deeply flooded, with transportation disrupted and daily life severely affected. Many families have suffered losses to their homes, properties, crops and means of livelihood. For people in flood-hit areas, every day has been an effort to overcome the aftermath, stabilize their lives and gradually return to normal.
Within Autotech, several employees’ families were also heavily affected by the storms and floods. Some homes were deeply inundated, with household assets seriously damaged, leaving families facing many difficulties after the disaster.
Understanding the losses and pressure that these families were experiencing, Autotech’s leadership team quickly gathered information, sent words of care and encouragement, and implemented timely support measures.
With the spirit that Autotech people always stand together in times of difficulty, the company decided to use its CSR fund to support employees’ families affected by the storms and floods.
The support ranged from VND 5 million to VND 15 million per family, depending on the actual level of impact. While this assistance cannot fully compensate for the losses caused by natural disasters, it represents timely and practical care, as well as Autotech’s heartfelt support for its employees and their families.
For Autotech, employees are not only members of the workforce, but also an important part of the Autotech family. Therefore, in difficult moments, care, companionship and mutual support are human-centered values that the company always strives to preserve and promote.
In addition to supporting its employees internally, Autotech Vietnam also joined broader relief efforts to support communities directly and severely affected by storms and floods.
Specifically, the company contributed VND 30 million to each province through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh Province and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen Province. These are among the localities heavily affected by natural disasters, where residents need additional resources to overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives and restore production.
This contribution reflects Autotech’s responsibility toward the community and reaffirms the company’s commitment to standing with society in times of shared hardship.
